The Fairey Band in concert

Hear the "best of brass" at the Bridgewater Hall on 24 July

As part of the European Physical Society HEP 2007 conference being held at the University over the summer, The Fairey Brass Band (conducted by Major Peter Parkes) will be performing at the Bridgewater Hall on Tuesday 24 July (7.30pm).

The band is considered to be one of the finest in the world and competes regularly in the British National & Open Championships along with an extensive concert/entertainment schedule.

The schedule includes classical and contemporary pieces including symphonies, overtures, marches and modern such as Disney and pop.
