Issues with IT Support Portal emails - update 3

Information about issues with email delivery for the IT Support Portal
Update 3 (12.15pm, Friday 7 October)
Emails to and from the Support Portal are starting to be delivered again. All delayed emails will be delivered by the end of the day. If you'd like to check the progress of your request, log into the IT Support Portal and select "My Items".
Update 2 (9.15am, Friday 7 October)
The earlier issues with the IT Support Portal have reoccurred, so emails being sent from or received by it are not being delivered.
As a result, any messages sent through the support portal by IT support staff or eLearning staff regarding existing requests, or staff and students replying to/emailing support-portal@manchester.ac.uk will not currently be seen.
Anyone who has any outstanding requests should log into the IT Support Portal and click ‘My Items’, if they want to check the status of their requests or send a follow-up message.
Emails affected by the issue on Tuesday 4 October have been delivered.
New requests can still be logged via the IT Support Portal as usual.
Update 1 (3.35pm, Tuesday 4 October)
This issue has now been resolved, so IT Support Portal emails are being received and sent. The backlog of emails is currently being processed and all messages will be delivered by the end of the day.
