Future Leaders: our new graduate programme

Our University is launching a new Graduate Programme called Future Leaders, which will open for applications on Thursday, 20 October. This programme will sit alongside our existing Manchester Graduate Talent (MGT) internship programme to further build on our graduate opportunities within our University.

The aim of this programme is to develop a strong pipeline of diverse talent for the professional services leadership roles of tomorrow. 

Applications will be open for six weeks, and prior to the launch we’ll be letting students know about the programme with the call to action to register their interest.

What we’d like you to do

We are launching a new website and are planning a range of student comms, on-campus stands and information sessions to promote the programme with our final year students, however we want to ensure that key members of staff are aware of the programme before we launch. We would appreciate any help you can provide in disseminating this information; particularly those with a student-facing role, so we can share this fantastic opportunity to potential applicants.
