Confidential helpline and other mental health support
The University's employee assistance programme - Validium offers confidential support. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year – you’ll always be able to speak to someone who can help. The University has other mental health support.
Discounts

World Alzheimer's Month
World Alzheimer's Month is a global opportunity to raise awareness around, educate, encourage support of and demystify dementia. World Alzheimer’s Day takes place on 21 September as part of World Alzheimer's Month.
The theme for World Alzheimer's Month in September 2022 is ‘Know dementia, know Alzheimer's’.
