From managing anxiety to mindfulness, book your place on one of our workshops
Our Counselling and Mental Health Service offer a number of different workshops, and there are places available on the following:
- Tuesday, 16 August - Managing Anxiety - 1pm - 2:30pm
- Thursday, 25 August - Busting Low Mood - 1pm - 2:30pm
- Tuesday, 6 September - Mindfulness - 1pm - 2pm
- Wednesday, 7 September - Managing Acute and Ongoing Stress - 1pm - 2pm
- Thursday, 8 September - Challenging Unhelpful Thinking Habits - 1pm - 2pm
