The current cost of living crisis means that we are all facing rising bills creating worry and stress for many. This week we are highlighting financial wellbeing support via Vivup.
Financial wellbeing
On the Vivup platform you can access Ask Bill on the Support and Wellbeing section. Ask Bill provides impartial financial advice and:
- Clear information on what to do when struggling with water or energy charges, and where to find further support
- Free online tools to self-assess and personalise your advice
- In-depth and impartial debt advice online or over the phone
- A free Benefits Calculator to identify where extra financial support is available
- A free Budget Planner to help reduce your household costs
- Fuel vouchers for those struggling to stay on top of their energy bills
Discounts
Visit the Discounts page on StaffNet for how to register with Vivup for the first time. Once registered you will be able to sign up for a weekly email update (optional) and access hundreds of leading high street deals.
Supermarket savings this week via Vivup:
- 4% Asda, Iceland, John Lewis and Tesco (e-voucher)
- 5% Sainsburys & Morrisons (e-voucher)
- 7% M&S (e-voucher)
- Ocado special offer for new customers
Summer holiday savings
With the school summer holidays nearly upon us you can enjoy various great savings at Merlin attractions via Vivup. These include Alton Towers (up to 51%), Legoland (up to 49%), SeaLife (up to 49%), Blackpool Tower (up to 28%) and Warwick Castle (up to 41%).
University staff can also access 15% off Annual Tickets for Jodrell Bank Discovery Centre. Discount does not apply to Dome Show bookings or car parking charges. You can also save a further 10% in the Jodrell Bank Gift Shop (and online shop) and their cafes. Full details of how to access these discounts.
