Standardisation of overtime claim forms

New forms available soon on StaffNet

Please note that we are attempting to standardise the forms used by staff to claim overtime.  These forms, PR15 (for mid-month paid staff) and PR16 (for end of month paid staff), will shortly be available within the Payroll section of the staff intranet.

The forms should only replace current paper-based returns.  Members of staff who have previously submitted overtime claims electronically, by spreadsheet, should continue to do so as this is the most efficient method of data capture.

If you are responsible for a group of staff that regularly claim overtime, please contact:
