New microsite: Finance Transformation Programme

The Finance Transformation Programme (FTP) has launched a new microsite to provide key information to colleagues across the University about the Programme

The FTP is changing the way finance works at the University. It is a full transformation programme, delivering benefits from business process, people and technology changes.

To inform and update colleagues about the Programme’s plans, impacts and progress, the team has developed a dedicated microsite. The FTP SharePoint site is easily accessible via the Directorate of Finance homepage on StaffNet. You can also access it directly on SharePoint here. 

Colleagues can use the site to find out more about: 

• Programme Drivers – why do we need a finance transformation? 
• About – what the Programme will deliver 
• Benefits – how will colleagues across the University benefit?  
• Programme Timeline – when key activities are taking place in the run-up to our go-live date 
• Programme Structure – how the FTP is managed to successfully deliver change 
• Programme News – the latest updates on our progress and achievements 

Make sure to continue checking the site over the next year, as it will be regularly updated with new information and news as the Programme advances towards its delivery date of 1 August 2023.
