How aware are you of your own thoughts?
13 Jun 2007
Participants will be entered into optional prize draw
Description
- Do you feel that the thoughts you have must always be considered seriously?
- Do you feel you tend to hold on to your thoughts?
- Do you feel you are able to focus on any event you wish to, regardless of how stressed you are?
I am a PhD student working under the supervision of Professor Adrian Wells at the Division of Clinical Psychology of The University of Manchester. I am interested in examining the relationship people have with their own thoughts. I am also interested in seeing whether this relationship is affected by some personality traits and mindfulness experiences.
I am looking for people who are fluent in English. I am inviting you to take part in an online study which should take approximately 30 minutes of your time. There will be two £20 draws which will take place.
