Important change to an IT Service

IT Services need to make a short-notice change on the morning of Friday 13 May

IT Services and its network partner need to make a change towards formally resolving an IT issue on Tuesday 3 May which affected IT login to the IT Support Portal, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365, MyView, some University websites and My Manchester.

This work is scheduled to take place between 9.30am and 10.30am on Friday 13 May. While we’re not expecting any noticeable impact to service, we’re advising people to allow up to 15 minutes unavailability of the above services in case additional emergency work needs to take place.
