My Manchester essential work - downtime on Friday afternoon

Further to yesterday's issues with My Manchester, additional work needs to take place.
Update 4 (2.45pm, Friday 29 April)
My Manchester has been returned to service, however we still have some more work to finish before we consider the issue completely resolved.
Update 3 (1.40pm, Friday 29 April)
The work is taking longer than originally planned. We will post an update when we have more information on the timescale.
Update 2 (11.40am, Friday 29 April)
Due to an ongoing issue affecting some peoples' usage of My Manchester, IT Services need to perform emergency maintenance between 12pm and 1pm today to ensure it returns to full service as soon as possible.

Update 1 (5pm, Thursday 28 April):
Access issues with My Manchester have been resolved, though there are some issues still with uPortal. If you have problems accessing My Manchester, you may need to log out and log back in again, or clear your web browser's cache/history. If you're still experiencing issues, please contact the IT Support Centre.
