Wellbeing
- April is Stress Awareness Month. Why not use that opportunity to complete the Supporting Staff Experiencing Stress and Difficulties with their Mental Health session. It is openly available to all staff and takes around 30 minutes to complete. Participation is through self-enrolment via Blackboard.
- There will be a bookable webinar that will provide an overview of stress and its causes, how it impacts individuals and how to reduce it. This session takes place on Wednesday, 20 April at 2pm.
- Get Fit for Summer with Be Active sessions.

Menopause
The University has signed up to become an accredited menopause friendly employer. This week’s video is How to Survive and Thrive During the Menopause. This online session was delivered by Fiona Hutchinson as part of International Women's Day 2022 at The University of Manchester.
