As an institution with a strong sense of social responsibility we know that we have a vital role to play in leading on EDI progress and cultural change in our organisation, the sector and societally. We acknowledge that we still have a lot more to do. We will continue to embed our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion across all our processes and practices and this report is an example of our continued work in this area.”
Banji Adewumi, Director of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion said: “We recognise the importance of moving beyond statutory minimum requirements for reporting equality information and are aware of the need for accountability to our diverse community of students, staff, researchers, alumni and wider community.”
