New StaffNet site for Research and Business Engagement to complement our externally facing research strategy web pages
The Research and Business Engagement (RBE) StaffNet site has been refreshed – with researchers’ needs at the heart of the redesign. It provides clear signposts to the different specialist units that support all stages of your research, from project preparation and funding applications through to post-award set-up and management through to successful delivery.
The homepage has been simplified to make it easier to navigate. The content has been updated and extended with new resources to support you with your work.
The links between the different parts of the University and Faculty RBE teams work together to provide an integrated ‘one team’ service.
The new content includes an extensive redevelopment of the Contracts area, with a new process chart, FAQs, and guides for staff on when to involve the legal team – making it easy for you to find everything you need.
Another major content enhancement is the recently launched Trusted Research microsite to help academics risk assess and manage projects which involve international research collaboration.
The StaffNet site has a link to our revamped externally facing research pages, which showcase our research and impact successes – including our Research Beacons, Institutes and Platforms – and the world class research environment and facilities that we offer.
Together, they illustrate how our research is at the heart of our heritage, our present and our vision for the future.
This new design and simplified navigation better reflects how the RBE team and researchers work together to realise the ambitions of our Research and Discovery Strategy.
Take a look. We’d love to hear what you think.
