Enrolment classes for summer - book NOW to avoid disappointment
From 18 June to 26 July:
- Monday - Iyengar Yoga 5-6pm
- Tuesday - Pilates Beginners 12-1pm; Pilates Advanced 5-6pm
- Thursday - Pilates Mixed Ability
All courses are six week enrolment courses and must be booked by 13 June at SPORT - Head Office.
Prices: Staff £24.00 Public £27.00
From 2 August to 6 September:
- Thursday - Ashtanga Yoga - 4.30-6pm
Ashtanga Yoga is an enrolment course and must be booked by 30th July at SPORT - Head Office.
Prices: Staff £30.00 Public £35.00

- Iyengar Yoga
Practice standing postures, forward bends, twists, inverted postures and yogic breathing to feel calmer, energized and alert - Pilates
Develop balance, strength and flexibility in this popular class. The course will revolve around breathing, pelvic and shoulder flexibility and restoration of the natural curves of the spine. - Pilates Advanced
This course is for people who have been practicing Pilates on a regular basis. The course will cover the original 34 mat exercises developed by Joseph Pilates adapted to modern standards. - Ashtanga Yoga
A powerful and challenging form of yoga, particularly recommended if you have experience yoga before. Expect to leave the class feeling reenergised, lengthened and strong.
