Accessing information about Budget Holders and Authorised Signatories

Online tool updated to simplify financial processes

The Directorate of Finance alongside colleagues in IT Services have updated the online Authorised Signatories checker tool to include Budget Holder data for each finance code.

To use the tool, follow this link and enter your finance code to show the individual Budget Holder (Oracle Financials approver) against that code as well as a list of staff who are set up as Authorised Signatories.
