Manchester Graduate Talent 2022: now open for internal internship opportunities

The Careers Service is pleased to announce that Manchester Graduate Talent (MGT) is now open for 2022

We already have approximately 400 University of Manchester final year students registered, ready to apply immediately and available to start roles from early June onwards.

We’re are delighted to continue to be able to offer a broad range of opportunities from different areas across the University itself and would invite you now to submit your MGT requirements for 2022.

If you haven’t hired a graduate intern through MGT previously, the team would be happy to answer any questions or have a quick chat over Teams/Zoom to explain more. If you have, send through your internship job descriptions and we can start the advertising process straight away.

As a refresh, Manchester Graduate Talent promotes both short term and longer term internship positions to suit your needs (usually 4 – 12 months). We provide you with access to recruitment support including:

Developing role descriptions and recruitment criteria
Tailored marketing and promotion of opportunities
Shortlisting
Interview scheduling and candidate administration

As you know, our graduating students offer a wide range of transferable skills and will be ready to make a positive impact from day one.
