Training available in April, May and June
The University has developed training to help staff to support students.
‘Student Mental Health Matters: spotting the signs, knowing what to say and knowing what to do’ is an interactive training session with a focus on student mental health (both undergraduate and post-graduate).
The training covers all aspects of mental health but there is a focus on what to do in difficult situations where the concern about a student may be very high.
The next sessions will take place on Zoom, 11.00am – 1.00pm, on Wednesday, 6 April, 4 May, 1 June and 29 June.
