Confidential waste collections to resume

Find out more about when confidential waste consoles will be emptied
Restore are due to resume collections from confidential waste consoles on the dates set out in the timetable below. Before the collection dates, please note the following:
- Try to ensure that consoles are accessible on the given dates (Restore now charge us for consoles that they cannot empty)
- If a console is in an office or area that is likely to be locked and unstaffed on the collection date, please move it to an accessible area and let the Information Governance Office know by email: confidential.waste@manchester.ac.uk
- Consoles that are consistently inaccessible for Restore will need to be decommissioned
- If you no longer need your Restore console or have any queries, or wish to change the frequency of your collections contact the Information Governance Office by email: confidential.waste@manchester.ac.uk

Collections will continue on a two, four or eight weekly basis, depending on the frequencies pre lockdown.
