Three courses to provide managers with the awareness and skills to support staff with wellbeing at work
Our new learning and development opportunities for people managers are part of our commitment to support the wellbeing of all of our staff. Focusing on wellbeing at work, mental health awareness and understanding stress, these online courses will be running every month from until December.
Each course has been designed to equip managers with the awareness and skills to support staff with mental health and wellbeing at work, as well as provide a greater understanding of their role in supporting colleagues’ wellbeing.
Courses are available for booking via the Learning and Organisational Development calendar, and all people managers are strongly encouraged to attend at least one of the sessions:
- Wellbeing at Work – a one day course for people managers (running over two half day sessions)
- Mental Health Awareness – a half day course for people managers
- Understanding Stress for People Managers – a one hour webinar
