Have your say on our People and Organisational Development strategy
01 Mar 2022
Join Adèle MacKinlay, Director of People and Organisational Development, for this International Women's Day themed session on Monday, 7 March, 3pm-4pm
Our new People and Organisational Development (OD) strategy is currently being developed – this will set out how we ensure that our University is a great place to work, a place where all colleagues have the opportunity to thrive and develop professionally, within an inclusive culture that enables us all to contribute in a meaningful way to delivering our University’s vision.
In this session arranged to mark International Women’s Day, join our Director of People and OD Adèle MacKinlay to hear more and share your ideas and views to help shape our new strategy.
This year's International Women's Day campaign theme is #BreakTheBias.
#BreakTheBias is the start for a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination; one that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. Difference is valued and celebrated.
We are all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day and we can break the bias in our communities, our workplaces, our schools, colleges and universities. Together, we can all break the bias - on International Women's Day and beyond.
