IT issues - update 4

Information about issues with the IT login service, first reported on Monday afternoon.
Update 4 (8.15am, Tuesday 8 February)
As of yesterday evening, the backlog of external and Listserv emails has now been dealt with and delivered.
Update 3 (4.35pm, Monday 7 February)
We are investigating an unrelated issue with emails not being delivered from external addresses - this includes emails from Listserv. Incoming emails are being queued and not being lost or rejected.
Update 2 (4.05pm, Monday 7 February)
IT login is returning to full service, however we have further work to complete before we will consider the issue officially resolved.

The issue is still under investigation. We are also aware of an issue with the sending of Listserv messages.

IT Services are aware of issues with the IT login service
This is affecting access to My Manchester, Blackboard and other services.
As soon as we have any more information, including a time to fix, we'll post an update here.
