Time to Talk Day, Thursday 3 February
02 Feb 2022
Join the national conversation about mental health
Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. It’s the day that friends, families, communities and workplaces come together to talk, listen and change lives.
One in four people in the UK experience a mental health problem each year, yet stigmas and misconceptions still persist.
Our University wants everyone to feel comfortable talking about mental health.
Time to Talk Day is the perfect opportunity to have this conversation and create supportive communities where we can talk openly and feel empowered to seek help when we need it. Listening is an equally powerful tool to help someone you know feel supported and understood.
