Kilburn Building IT walk-up support desk closure

In light of the high rates of infections due to the Omicron variant of COVID-19, and to protect our telephone service while many staff are working from home, the walk-up IT support desk in the Kilburn Building will remain closed until further notice, although this will be reviewed on a weekly basis
IT Support remains available via the 24/7 phone line and IT Support Portal:
For in-person IT Support, students can visit the Customer Services Desks in the Main Library or Alan Gilbert Learning Commons. Students can also use Library Chat to contact the Library online via the widget on the right hand side of any of the Library's webpages.
As of yet, there is no confirmed date for the re-opening of the Kilburn Building walk-up support desk, however, we intend to be open for the start of Semester 2.
