Get fit and learn the basics of self-defense in these fun lessons
Martial arts, also known as fighting systems, are bodies of codified practices or traditions of training for unarmed combat. People study martial arts for various reasons including fitness, self-cultivation (meditation), mental/character development, and self-defense.
We are offering Staff the chance to practice both Aikido and Chinese Kick Boxing at the Sugden Sports Centre on a pay-as-you-go basis:
- Aikido: Wed 6pm-8pm
- Chinese Kick Boxing: Tuesday & Thursdays 6pm-8pm
Cost: £3.50 per session (please pay instructor on arrival).
