Positive leadership for wellbeing is about creating an environment that allows employees to flourish and achieve their full potential, for the benefit of themselves and our University.

We would like to highlight some of the resources available to you, as a manager, leader or colleague, to support and encourage your colleagues to focus on their wellbeing.

For support with mental health issues we have an e-Learning resources Supporting staff with mental health problems, which is supported by a face-to-face session. To further raise awareness of mental health amongst staff we have the Compassionate Colleagues event that can be run for teams at meetings or events by request.
