IT Services are investigating performance issues that some people are experiencing when using some services, including the documents store and GlobalProtect.
Some people who have been affected by this issue have been able to log in to GlobalProtect after a few attempts; if you're unable to log in, please try again a few minutes later.
We'll post an update when we have more information, including a time to fix.
