It is also a time to plan your performance and learning objectives for the coming year to support the delivery of your team’s performance and your own career aims.

Your Personal Development

When discussing learning and personal development objectives for your P&DRs, take a look at the huge range of resources that are available to all staff through Staff Learning and Development. They cover many aspects of both personal and professional development with face-to-face and self-directed learning options for all staff. 

We also strongly encourage you to consider the 70:20:10 model for learning when arriving at your personal development objectives, including coaching, mentoring, shadowing, on-the-job learning and many others.

Many resources are available to support you in preparing for your P&DR to help provide additional focus to the conversation.
