Error message when viewing certain content in Blackboard

In a very small number of cases, staff and students may see the error message "Invalid action: launchPackage" when opening certain content in Blackboard

The affected content (packaged in 'SCORM' format) is used in a very small number of courses predominantly for delivery of mandatory training such as Health & Safety courses.

Due to online exams running during the daytime, maintenance to fix this issue is planned for this evening 7 June at 8pm. No downtime to service is expected, however our teams will be closely monitoring the service throughout the work.
