Appointments needed to visit HR Services

Help us keep staff and visitors safe in the Simon Building reception area
As more staff return to campus, a reminder that you must book an appointment if you need to visit the HR Services team in person in the Simon Building.
This is to ensure we comply with social distancing measures by managing numbers of visitors in the limited space.
To help us do this, wherever possible we request that you contact HR Services by phone, email, or MS Teams to avoid unnecessary visits.
Where you need to attend in person, for example to collect an ID badge, an appointment must be made in advance with the reception team.
