Microsoft 365 licenses and MyAnalytics

After discussion with Microsoft, IT Services need to make a slight change to Microsoft 365 licenses for members of staff

These changes will not cause any interruption to service, and you will not need to do anything differently.

Most of the changes will happen behind the scenes, however, the most obvious change for staff is that you will soon start to receive a weekly email every Monday from Microsoft’s ‘MyAnalytics’ service, starting Monday 19 April. This is an email which shows you a breakdown of your collaboration time spread between emails, meetings, chats and calls. This information may be of use to you.

However, if you don’t want to receive these messages you can instantly unsubscribe from these notifications by clicking the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.

MyAnalytics does not allow anyone else to access the personalised information in these messages, unless you choose to share it. Find out more in Microsoft’s MyAnalytics privacy guide.
