We all need to take care of our eyes and the Eyecareplan Everyone Voucher for only £49 entitles you to a sight test and glasses – this includes a choice of over 4000 personalised frames, or a choice from the Boots £50 to £75 frame range. If you use the voucher at a Boots Opticians you will receive £45 off any other purchase over £100 with an additional 50% off subsequent pairs of glasses (at the same transaction). Fitness
A new Zoom schedule has landed and you can now book your online fitness classes from 15 March – 7 May. There are 25 sessions per week to choose from Monday – Friday, from a relaxing Tai Chi or Yin Yoga class to a stronger Body Blast or Cardio session, all levels welcome. Please note the Tai chi for health, Qigong and Tai chi ball are progressive sessions so it’s best you start these classes at week.
Wider Wallet

Wellbeing reminders

- Digital wellbeing courses on Wednesday, 17 March - 2pm
- Staff mentoring programme Manchester Gold is now open for colleagues who would like to register as a mentor or apply as a mentee.
- Wellbeing for academic and research staff – webinar Wednesday, 24 March.
