QualtricsXM, a powerful, simple to use survey tool was recently launched and is available to all staff and students
The Information Governance Office recommends Qualtrics as the University’s preferred survey tool.
If you are new to using Qualtrics or want to find out more about how it could benefit your work, the Qualtrics team will be hosting two training webinars.
Surveys for research (Tuesday, 23 February, 2pm – 3pm)
This webinar will cover topics such as:
- Survey design and distribution for research
- Using the Response Quality feature to identify poor quality data
- Using Offline Mobile App to capture data offline (eg for interviews or field research)
- Opportunity for Q&A
Surveys for Teaching & Learning/Professional Services (Tuesday, 2 March, 2pm – 3pm)
This webinar will cover topics such as:
- Overview of how to create surveys in Qualtrics
- Using reporting features in Qualtrics such as StatsiQ to quickly analyse data
- Data management and reporting for student engagement and market research
- Opportunity for Q&A

How to access Qualtrics
Qualtrics can be accessed using an up-to-date web browser by logging in with your University username and password and 2-factor authentication (2FA) from Duo.
