Issues accessing some University services - restored

Services affected by the earlier IT issue have been restored

Update 2 (4.20pm, Monday 14 December):

Services have now been restored. If you experience any issues, please contact the IT Support Centre directly on 0161 306 5544.

Update 1 (2.46pm, Monday 14 December):

While some services are starting to be restored, we're continuing to investigate the issues until we're content that the issue is fully resolved.

IT Services are investigating issues accessing some University services

These include, but are not limited to, the Video Portal, Listserv, Remote access, Shared areas and others.

This is under urgent investigation, and we'll post an update as soon as we have any more information, including a time to fix.
