Data entry roles to support finding safe and effective vaccines, treatments and diagnostics for COVID-19
NIHR Clinical Research Network Manchester, part of the national and global effort to find safe and effective vaccines treatments and diagnostics for COVID-19, need support in data entry work.
It is anticipated there will be several calls over the next few weeks and possibly months.
Study administration (specifically study data entry) support is required on NHS premises, with immediate effect, on a full or part-time basis. Whilst scientific or medical knowledge would be beneficial, it is not essential for this work.
This is paid work, particularly suitable for staff not currently in a full-time University role, who are able to work during weekends, or PGR students (subject to guidance below), as well as the wider public. There are also other opportunities on the NIHR website link below.
Please distribute to any interested parties.

Guidance for PGR Students
Adapted from Doctoral Academy: We know that you are here to do research, so we allocate work that is manageable around your PGR project priorities and commitments. We recommend that you consider carefully what time you have available before signing up to teaching/other work, as we will ask you to make a clearly specified commitment that may span an academic semester. In line with UKRI guidance, we do not expect PGRs to teach/other work for more than six hours per week. Please always discuss with your supervisor prior to committing.
