Wellbeing
The next meeting of the University book club will take place (virtually) on Friday, 11 December, 12.30 – 1.30pm. As this falls in the festive period mulled wine, hot chocolate and a mince pie are being encouraged – and there’s bonus brownie points for decorations and Xmas trees! Initiated by Wellbeing Champion Dr Fiona Lynch, the book club is an opportunity to read something new or explore a genre you wouldn’t usually read. To help keep us active during the current national restrictions, UOM Sport have been running a 30 day challenge. There is still time to take part and the sessions are all free! To take part just download their timetable.
