- Nikita Maslennikov, Professor, St. Petersburg Higher School of Economics, Urban Planner and former member of the St Petersburg City Administration
- Vladimir Pozner, President of the Russian Television Academy, host of the programme 'Vremena' on Russia's Channel 1
Journalists, academics, educators and members of the general public are invited to attend the debates and participate in the discussions.
