Extra Pilates class

Drop-in on Monday evenings from 12 February
Due to popular demand, an extra Pilates class has been organised starting on Monday 12 February at 5.15pm-6pm in the Sackville Street Building. The class will be a drop-in class (no need to pre-book) and costs £3 per session. The class takes place in Room 45B on Floor D of the Sackville Street Building (just along from Browsers Cafe).
What is Pilates?
The Pilates Method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement.
Pilates helps to:
- Improve posture
- Increase and create a balance between strength and flexibility
- Create an awareness of and strengthen core stability
- Improve coordination
- Release stress
