Join ‘Writing for Wellbeing’ for 60 minutes of gentle writing activities centring on de-stressing, increasing mindfulness, and finding a bit of inner peace.
It’s time out for you to engage in some self-care and enjoyable writing.
No previous writing experience is needed, anyone can do it. All you need is a pen and notebook!
