Join members of our Single-use Plastic Action Group for a discussion of the film The Story of Plastic, followed by a Q&A on our University's progress on reducing plastics
Following Plastic-free July, the Environmental Sustainability Team is hosting a free virtual screening of The Story of Plastic, a film exploring the global plastic pollution crisis and the myths of the plastics industry. Produced by The Story of Stuff Project, the documentary takes a sweeping look at the human-made crisis of plastic pollution and the worldwide effects it has on our people and planet. Register for this event and receive a free online link to stream The Story of Plastic documentary at your leisure, which will be active until 13 August. Share your thoughts with us afterwards during our discussion when we will also talk about our University's progress on plastics reduction.
