Managing and working remotely: new resources available

The Staff Learning and Development Team have created a new resource for staff and managers on managing and working remotely

For all staff: the Working Remotely guide aims to support all staff in working effectively from home whilst maintaining your wellbeing.

For managers: the Managing Remotely guide includes topics such as motivating and communicating to your team and inducting new starters. New dates have also been launched for a short online workshop, Managing Virtually, to support managers managing in a virtual environment.
