Managing flexible working applications

Many of our staff have now been working from home for several months and we have received a number of questions about remote and flexible working.  

We are currently undertaking a survey called What Works? to understand your experiences of working during lockdown, and this will inform our long term policy and strategy.

In the meantime, if you are a manager and you receive a request for flexible working, there is support available on Managers’ Essentials. 

Resources include:

  • Managing applications;
  • Undertaking trial periods;
  • Assessing roles for flexibility potential.
