A new module highly recommended for all staff

A new eLearning module on Understanding Unconscious Bias is now available for all staff to access. It takes an in-depth look at the nature of bias and its impact on the workplace, providing insights into how our own behaviour may be impacted by biases, and how we can reduce or eliminate their impact.

This module, which takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, is mandatory for those of you who are involved in the recruitment of staff or academic promotions. It’s also highly recommended for all staff, particularly if you haven’t undertaken any similar development within the last 12 months.
