Focus: Performance and Development Reviews

Performance and Development Reviews (P&DRs) are going ahead as normal this year.  They are an opportunity to reflect and consolidate discussions with your manager that have taken place during the year and a time to plan your objectives for the coming year.

When discussing learning and development objectives, take a look at the huge range of resources that are available to all staff through Staff Learning and Development.  They cover many aspects of both personal and professional development with options for all staff.

Many resources have been added recently, one relating to Personal Development Planning (PDP) and another to career development that can sit alongside your P&DR to help provide additional focus to the conversation.

  • Remember that if you are on furlough leave, you can still take part in learning and development and access Staff Learning and Development Resources online.
