Want to provide your students with their core textbook as an eTextbook?

12 Jun 2020

Please let the Library know by 1 July

Library

The Library’s eTextbook Programme provides each student on a number of undergraduate course units with individual access to an interactive, electronic textbook.

How do I get an eTextbook for my students?

For an item on your reading list to be considered for the eTextbook Programme, you should tag it as ‘core’ in Reading Lists Online and submit your list to the Reading Lists team by Wednesday, 1 July if possible. We know planning your teaching is challenging in these circumstances, and so will continue to review eTextbook requests made after 1 July where we can, however the earlier you submit your request the better.

If you want to be considered for the programme, only one item can be tagged as core on your reading list. This should be the item you want to be provided as an eTextbook. A core text is the main textbook students are required to use extensively throughout the course, as defined by the Library policy for the purchase of reading list books

All the information you need about reading lists can be found in this recent news article on teaching resource information.
