Staff Learning and Development offers ideas and inspiration to help you consider your career development

Performance and Development Reviews (P&DRs) are going ahead as usual this year. As well as talking about performance and work priorities, your P&DR is an opportunity to discuss your learning and development objectives. 

There’s a wide range of online learning and development resources available on the Staff Learning & Development (SL&D) Team’s StaffNet site including a guide for creating your personal development plan. Even if you’re on furlough leave at the moment you can still have a P&DR discussion which focuses on your learning and development objectives, since you can carry out learning and development activities whilst you’re on furlough leave.
