Phased campus reopening update
04 Jun 2020
A message from Nalin Thakkar, Chair of the Campus Reopening and Corporate Support Group
Please note, there is no longer a requirement to complete a self-declaration form. Please see the most recent update on StaffNet.
As we operate within the Government Covid-19 alert level ‘4’, the guidance is that we must continue to work from home where we can. However a small number of FBMH and FSE laboratories are ready to recommence work on Monday, 8 June, with more being prepared over the coming weeks.
Line managers will provide any colleagues returning to campus with:
- A self-declaration form to sign
- Support in completing the University Covid-19 risk assessment (line managers will supply this)
- Guidance on using campus facilities and their own work space
Colleagues in Teaching and Learning are continuing to prepare for semester 1 - dates and arrangements for this will be communicated in due course.
