'BioHealth' Conference series launched at Manchester

The University recently hosted the inaugural conference, 'BioHealth 2006', in what promises to be a prestigious series of yearly, international meetings on 'e-epidemiology'.
International representatives from academia, health services, industry and government met to examine how electronic, bio-health data from defined human populations can be translated into discoveries and health service developments. In order to facilitate inclusive debate, attendance was limited to 100; and by invitation only. 'BioHealth 2007' will be held in September in Seattle, US.
