Taking care of your body and mind is always important, but even more so now, during these challenging times.
Learning is good for our overall sense of wellbeing, so if you can, think about what interests you and how you can stretch your mind.
Futurelearn is an online directory of courses focused on a diverse range of subjects. Courses vary in length. Most are six to ten weeks long but some are shorter two and three week courses. Most courses are free at the point of use only incurring a charge if you would like a certificate at the end.
