You can carry on being active at home with Shelagh Stedman
Staff member Shelagh Stedman has been teaching wellbeing and fitness classes at our University for the last 13 years. Her popular Body Blast Monday class, and Thursday Legs, Bums and Tums class have both moved online as part of UoM Sport’s #StayInWorkOut programme.
Shelagh, who has been a University staff member for over 30 years, has been inundated with requests for more workout sessions, so she has launched her own YouTube channel, where viewers can join in different workout sessions.
As well as Shelagh’s classes, UoMSport has a wide offering to keep you active while at home, including basic tai-chi, HIIT classes, Pilates, abs blast and more – keep up-to-date with the latest timetable on UoM Sport's Twitter page.
